Aaron Brown, LPC
Therapist

Aaron Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama working with marriage and family issues and relationship problems. He is currently seeking his Doctorate of Philosophy in Family Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. His passion is in strengthening marriages and families as the core unit in our society. Aaron has a holistic and eclectic approach to treatment that is based upon empirically substantiated evidence from a Biblical worldview. In all areas of treatment, Aaron strives to help people achieve their full potential and purpose in life by walking with the hurting and those that have lost hope. He believes everyone has unique value having been created in the image of God. He is an active member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Joann Holman, ALC
Therapist
Under the supervision of James W. Clark, PhD, LPC-S

Joann Holman is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama working with individuals, couples, family, teen, and military issues. She holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Faulkner University. Joann is an Air Force verteran of ten years. She has served as a criminal defense paralegal, preschool teacher, and police officer. She has a diverse career history and believes it all contributes to being able to counsel people from diverse and cultural backgrounds. Joann's desire is to empower individuals and families to restore relationships as sacred. We live in a time when our culture undermines the sacredness of relationships. She understands the core of any great society is the family unit. Joann's favorite verses are Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others." She is an active member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
